Bodrum-Gökova-Bodrum (1 week)

                               
Day 1: After arriving of all group tpe skipper will
welcome you with a cocktail and answer any questions
you may have about the trip. For your first night on
board well stay in the harbour so that you may get
acquainted at leisure with lively Marmaris.
Day 2: After first breakfast of tour, our first destination
will be Orak Island, which reminds an endless aquarium
with sparkling turquoise waters. After swimming and
friendly people live, this has been the birthplace of the
nice fishermen village. Dinner and over night here or in
the next quite unique bay.
Day 3: After breakfast, when your yacht is gettin doser
to another type of cap we bet your admiration will be
increased as you will find yourself in a blanket like sea and
colours festivity. The name of this marvellous natural
harbour is Cati. You can spend the rest of day by
swimming as well as you may wish a walk through the
pine forests. The most quiet overnight waits for you.
Day 4: You are beginning another wonderful day in
Yedi Adalar (Seven Islands) where coral reefs are waiting
to explore Surfing, diving, swimming, lunch and
sleeping… a crazy-lazy day. At five tea time we will be in
küfre another natural harbour. You may walk through
Günlük forests if you wish (tree sors only grow in this
region and Africa) Dinner and over night will be at this
wonderful place.
Day 5: Weighting anchor early in the morning, arrival
to Sedir Island where the famous sandy coast and the
antique city is in the shape of a horseshoe. Ruins from
roman are in golden beaches where Anthonius and
Cleopatra had a gread love. In the afternoon departure
to Karacasöğüt where forest and sea embrace. If you
should be interested in, you may visit Marmaris, one of
the most important holiday resorts of Turkey which is not
too far from here. An optional excursion to Marmaris will
be offered to you. Over night is in Karacasöğüt.
Day 6: Breakfast and departure to paradise bight named
English Harbour surrounded by rosariums and pine forests.

After lunch at Longöz, a natural harbour, that nature plied
like lace. Arrival to Ballisu which means honey water to
overnight, where sweet water springs are all upspringed
through the coast waters.
Day 7: After breakfast Ballisu, arrival to Kerme Bay where

Day 8: Our last breakfast together, then it’ll be time to
say goodbye until we meet again, some other time for
another cruise.

TURKISH KEBAB

Who has never heard of shish kebab? In Turkish, shish kebab, literally means “gobbets of meat roasted on a spit or skewers.” Probably the most famous preparation for grilled lamb, there seems to be countless recipes. It is said that shish kebab was born over the open field fires of the soldiers of the Turkic tribes that first invaded Anatolia, who used their swords to grill meat, as they pushed west from their homelands in Central Asia. Given the obvious simplicity of spit-roasting meat over a fire, I suspect its genesis is earlier. There is iconographical evidence of Byzantine Greeks cooking shish kebabs. But surely the descriptions of skewering strips of meat for broiling in Homer’s  Odyssey  must count for an early shish kebab.     In the Arab world, the same preparation is called  shish kabab  or  lahm mishwy  (grilled meat).
