ISTANBUL - WEST ANATOLİA - CAPPADOCIA

Day 1 Arrival Istanbul or Canakkale       
You will be met by our professional guide and transfer to your hotel on arrival. Overnight at the
Hotel (Istanbul or Canakkale)
Day 2 Troy and Pergamon Tour
After breakfast, departure for Troy. The legendary town in the lliad of Homeros, visit the Temple of Athena. Continue to visit to pergamum. After lunch visit the Acropolis and Asclepion of Pergamum. Drive to Kusadasi. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Kusadasi.
Day 3 Ephesus full day Tour
Breakfast at the hotel. Today’s visits will starts with the House of Virgin Mary on the Nightingale Mountain. Continue to visit the ancient site of Ephesus, the Roman Capital of Asia Minor. Visit the ruins of Odeon, Hercules Gate, the Temple of Hadrian, the magnificient library, Agora and fantastic greco-roman theatre. After lunch visit the basilica of St.John, Isabey Mosque and Artemis Temple. Return to Kusadasi. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Kusadasi.
Day 4 Priene – Miletos – Didyma full day Tour
You will be met at your hotel at 9 a.m. and transferred to Priene. Priene was one of the most active ports of the Ionian Federation. The city is the oldest example of geometric city planning. Miletos, which has provided its Alphabet to the rest of the classical world, was a great port and the home town of several philosophers and sages. Didyma’s Temple of Apollo with its very well-known
oracles was one of the most sacred places of antiquity. Although looted and burnt many times, it keeps all the original impression. Not far from the site you face the beautiful Altinkum beach. You will be transferred to Pamukkale. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Pamukkale.
Day 5 Pamukkale full day tour 
Visit Pamukkale and Hierapolis. Pamukkale (Cotton Castle), a beautiful and spectacular natural site, unique in the world. Thermal spring waters have carved this fantastic formation of stalactites. The thermal waters have been used since Roman times for their therapeutic powers. Situated on the plateau are both the thermal center with its motels, Hierapolis and Laodicea. Overnight at hotel in Pamukkale.
Day 6 Departure for Cappadocia
Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Konya; one of the first centers of population in the history of humankind and was once the famous capital city of the Anatolian Seljuk Empire. Konya is also famous for the Islamic Elders lived here. Visit to Mevlana Museum; in the museum there are properties belonging to Mevlana and other dervishes as well as valuable samples of hand-painted kerchiefs, handwritings, ornaments, wooden Works of art and instruments of the Mevlevi music, carpets and pileless carpets. After lunch at local restaurant, proceed to Cappadocia. Arrival cappadocia at the evening. Transfer to hotel and dinner. Overnight at the hotel (Cappadocia)


Day 7 North Cappadocia Tour
We arrival about 6:30 in the morning and 3 hours rest in the hotel. After the breakfast, depart from your hotel to visit Devrent Valley to see the unique fairy-chimneys. Drive to paşabağ (Monks Valley) to see the most interesting mushroom-shaped pinnacles.Drive to the city of Avanos for lunch. In the afternoon visit another beautiful open air museum at Göreme where the remains of the rock-cut churches and Christian settlements date back hundreds of years. Day 8 South Cappadocia Tour
Depart from your hotel to visit Red valley and explore the famous rock-cut churches and hike 5 km through the Güllüdere valley. Then visit Çavuşin village. This village is famous for the houses and churches of the christian clegymen. Drive to the pigeon valley for lunch. In the afternoon visit Kaymaklı underground city. Where early christians lived in fear and faith. On the way back visit natural castles at Ortahisar. Dinner and Overnight at the hotel (Cappadocia)
Day 9 Arrival Istanbul
Arrival Istanbul C/I hotel. After lunch Bosphorus Tour. You will visit; Spice Bazaar: This covered market is an attractive L-shaped building to the Southwest of the Yeni Cami. Its English name survives from the time when the market specialized in the sale of spices and herbs, as well as medicinal plants and drugs. Boat Cruise on Bosphorus: The Bosphorus - the waterway between two continents – is beautiful at any time, day or night in any season. On the way to the Black Sea, you can see the finest and richest examples of the Ottoman houses and palaces on the shores. Rumeli Fortress: In 1452, Mehmet II prepared to besiege Constantinople by constructing a fortress at Rumeli Hisari. It took less than four months to build, tanks to 3000 laborers and master masons assigned to the task. Its crenellated walls and round towers are popular with photographers and what you see from the top of the walls is one of the nicest view of the Bosphorus. Day 10 Full day Istanbul tour, Leave Turkey

Depart from your hotel in the morning on a full day tour visiting the magesty of the Blue Mosque, the Hippodrome and Obelisks and the magnificence of the Haghia Sophia. Also a visit to the maze that is the Grand Bazaar a break for lunch. After lunch continue on our journey to the Topkapi Palace. After the tour, transfer back to your hotel. Priene   was an  ancient   Greek  city of  Ionia  at the base of an  escarpment  of  Mycale ,  Priene possessed a great deal of famous Hellenistic art and architecture. The city's original position on Mount Mycale has never actually been discovered; however, it is believed that it was a peninsula possessing two harbours. Who has never heard of shish kebab? In Turkish, shish kebab, literally means “gobbets of meat roasted on a spit or skewers.” Probably the most famous preparation for grilled lamb, there seems to be countless recipes. It is said that shish kebab was born over the open field fires of the soldiers of the Turkic tribes that first invaded Anatolia, who used their swords to grill meat, as they pushed west from their homelands in Central Asia. Given the obvious simplicity of spit-roasting meat over a fire, I suspect its genesis is earlier. There is iconographical evidence of Byzantine Greeks cooking shish kebabs. But surely the descriptions of skewering strips of meat for broiling in Homer’s  Odyssey  must count for an early shish kebab.     In the Arab world, the same preparation is called  shish kabab  or  lahm mishwy  (grilled meat).
