mall and biggest one is Kusadasi AVM shopping mall where just 5 km outside Kusadasi.
*The Kusadasi Grand Bazaar is near the Kusadasi Port and hosts around 150 shops and stores.
İts is vibrant with many visitors every minute its is open and you can find carpets,jewelery,as
well as clothing,souvenir,decorative items there.
*Just couple of minute walking far from city centre of Kusadasi there is city market.İts open 
3 days a week.Tuesday and friday there are fruit markets and its giving you chance to test 
many different fruits also you can find spices here.on Wednesday there is clothes market here 
and probably it will be best time of your holiday because you can find many different 
companys clothes.(note:They sell fake staffs in Wednesday market and ofcourse you should 
do bargain in shopping)

Who has never heard of shish kebab? In Turkish, shish kebab, literally means “gobbets of meat roasted on a spit or skewers.” Probably the most famous preparation for grilled lamb, there seems to be countless recipes. It is said that shish kebab was born over the open field fires of the soldiers of the Turkic tribes that first invaded Anatolia, who used their swords to grill meat, as they pushed west from their homelands in Central Asia. Given the obvious simplicity of spit-roasting meat over a fire, I suspect its genesis is earlier. There is iconographical evidence of Byzantine Greeks cooking shish kebabs.
